As someone who’s on the road a lot, I need as much flexibility as possible to run my businesses and keep track of everything.
I use a a few crucial mobile apps to help me with this.
Here’s a list of them:
1) Facebook Ads Manager
Did you know that the Facebook Ads Manager is available as a mobile app? You don’t have all the same features and options but it’s a great tool to quickly see if your ads are performing well or not.
I still prefer the desktop Facebook ads manager, but the mobile app is a great tool to monitor ads and avoid wasting excessive money.
2) Shopify Mobile App
I use Shopify to capture payments and host my products for all my e-commerce businesses. And luckily they have one of the coolest mobile apps ever. Every time I make a sale, I get a little notification on my phone, so I can get updated in real-time on my daily sales.

It also allows me to see my traffic and sales stats for the current day, the last day, the last 7 days, the last 30 days and the last 90 days.
I barely even use Shopify’s desktop application anymore.
3) Upwork Mobile App
Another app I’ve learned to love is the Upwork mobile app. Upwork is a job market for freelancers and virtual assistants. And once you’ve found and hired a virtual assistant, you can easy message with them and give them instructions with the Upwork mobile application.
Makes your life easier, especially when you’re working with multiple virtual assistants and want to have all conversations in one place.
4) AliExpress Mobile App
For my drop shipping businesses I use AliExpress. And the cool thing is that they also have a pretty good mobile app. Every time an item is shipped, or a payment is accepted, I get a little notification.
It’s also a great way to access your orders on AliExpress. It allows you to do customer support or get tracking information.
Those are the main four apps I use to simplify my life.
