When it comes to automating your drop shipping business, hiring a virtual assistant is the most important move you can make. Otherwise you’ll have to take care of all the operations.
I’m not aware of any plugin or software that allows you to automatically fulfill orders from Shopify to AliExpress. But the next closest thing is to outsource this work to a virtual assistant.
I recommend hiring a virtual assistant from the Philippines.
Personally, I wouldn’t pay more than $3 per hour.
Just go to Upwork.com and post a job, set the country targeting to Philippines and be specific about your job requirements.
Then select someone to work with and provide all the details.
You can create a staff account on Shopify and provide your VAs access without allowing them to do any admin related tasks or view your payment information and so forth. That’s the best way to proceed when working with a virtual assistant. Provide only the essential information. There’s no need for them to know all the details.
For AliExpress, I guess you’ll have to provide access to your account and trust them fully. But I’ve never had any bad experiences working with freelancers like this.
Then show your virtual assistant what he or she has to do and then pay them for fulfilling the orders every day. You can also ask them to calculate your earnings and expenses in a spread sheet for you.
Make sure you explain exactly what you want them to do. You can record a video or have a Skype call. Remember that he or she will be running the operations of your drop shipping store and so it’s extremely important that they understand how they should proceed.
This way you can fully focus on marketing and sales 🙂
