You want to know how I create massive productivity? How I’m able to overcome procrastination and internal resistance every single day since more than three years? Here’s my secret to overcoming procrastination:

I eat the frog.

Every single day I get the most uncomfortable, difficult, scary and important task out of the day before I focus on anything else. The time people spend ruminating about “getting it done” is longer than if they did it right away. I don’t think about it. I act on it.

Once the most difficult task of the day is out of the way, the rest of the day is easy. Getting this first uncomfortable task out of my way first thing is so empowering, it instantly energises you and makes you feel like the king of the world, and every other task is easy in comparison.

It’s really that simple: Start every day by “eating the frog”, as Brian Tracy would call it. There’s no easier way to beat procrastination.

Do this for the next 365 days and your life will change. That’s how you build rock solid habits.

You’ll get more done and be happier than ever before in your life, because you won’t be at the mercy of procrastination anymore. It’s like hacking your willpower. That’s how simple it can be to gain control over your life and develop massive, sustainable self-discipline.

Is there an important phone call you’ve been putting off?
Do you need to do your accounting?
Is it going to the gym?

Find out what your frog of the day is and then do that right after taking a short and having breakfast. If you’re working in a full time job, get up earlier for god’s sake and eat the frog. It’ll be a game changer.
