Best Squeeze Page Software — My Two Favourite Tools To Create A Squeeze Page | TBS #306

Podcast

A squeeze page is a simple website with the only purpose of collecting email addresses. There’s no navigation, no links except the privacy policy link and there’s nothing you can do on the website.

You either leave your email or you leave the website.

That’s why it’s called a “squeeze” page.

It literally squeezes email addresses out of your website traffic. These pages are really great when you’re building your email list for an upcoming product launch and to get people into your sales funnel.

Back in the days you had to code this shit yourself or pay someone thousands of dollars to create a decent looking squeeze page.

I remember my very first squeeze page.

It was for my first successful business where I sold instrumental music to artists. I was using Aweber at the time (an email marketing tool) and embedded their ugly looking signup form into a HTML page that I had coded and designed myself. Why? Because there were no real squeeze page or landing page software tools on the market.

Nevertheless I was able to build an email list of 10,000 artists using that first squeeze page, and made a ton of money from that list.

Luckily, these days there are simple and affordable online tools that we can use to build awesome looking and high-converting pages.

The one I currently use is ClickFunnels.com.

It’s by far my favourite piece of marketing software and I use it to build all my sales funnels, landing pages, squeeze pages, upsell pages, thank you pages and membership sites for digital products or information products. It works like charm and is user friendly.

However, ClickFunnels.com is more than a squeeze page builder. It’s a complete software to build entire sales funnels and very complex marketing campaigns and it can be used for all sorts of stuff.

If you’re really only looking for a tool that can build squeeze pages, then I recommend using LeadPages.net. That’s a tool I used in the past before ClickFunnels.com hit the market. With LeadPages.net you can quickly build out-of-the-box squeeze pages and sales pages that look great. And it’s cheaper than using ClickFunnels.com.

However, you won’t have the same ability to customise and build entire marketing campaigns. So it really depends what you need.

If you want to build sales funnels and complex campaigns, use ClickFunnels.com. It’s really worth every penny and you’ll never want to let go of it again after using it the first time. But if all you need is a simple squeeze page to build an email list, go with LeadPages.net.
