How To Get Traffic To Shopify — Two Ways To “Buy” Shopify Traffic And Get Visitors | TBS #124

Podcast

Today’s question is from Edward. He found a niche. Now his Shopify store has 5 products, but no one is visiting. And he’s wondering how to get traffic to Shopify.

So here’s the thing:

A lot of people think they have a traffic problem, when in reality they have an underlying “offer problem” or a “sales funnel” problem.

See, traffic is abundantly available everywhere.

If you need traffic, you can just go and buy it on Google AdWords or Facebook and you’ll literally never run out of people. There’s millions, billions of people available on Google and Facebook every day. That’s not the problem.

The real problem is that you haven’t figured out how to “buy” traffic in a profitable way. So you either have to figure out the paid advertising game, or you have to create a better offer that the market wants. But in terms of traffic itself, there is no shortage of it anywhere.

Google AdWords and Facebook are like traffic shops. You just go there and buy a bunch of traffic and send people to your website.

Facebook provides a ton of targeting options. So if you create your Facebook ads correctly, the right people will arrive at your website.

Now, if your traffic doesn’t convert, you have to sell better stuff.

You have to craft a better offer. Sell proven products. Then target the right hungry crowd and come up with a more profitable sales funnel.

But never complain about traffic again. And instead learn how to track the right metrics. So you can make better ads.

There are over 7 billion people living on this planet 🙂

Snap out of the scarcity mindset and start selling stuff that people want, make better offers and learn the advertising game.

Traffic is not a problem. Trust me.

I really liked your article. It solved so many problems for me. Thanks, mate, Till Boadella.

If you have ‘just’ traffic then Google Adsense is best for you because they show the most relevant ads to their users and convert traffic to sales.
