How To Be More Patient — Live Without Regrets And Let Go Of The Outcome | TBS #062

Podcast

Today’s episode it’s all about how to be more patient. Here’s my two cents on it.

If you live life to the full and leverage every minute of your day by working hard, hustling and seizing every opportunity, and you link that with complete freedom from outcome, then you’ll succeed.

Being patient is really easy if you live with no regrets and aren’t emotionally dependent of the results and outcomes you get.

This is good practice of patient. And it comes more easily.

You don’t get impatient, because you know that what counts is the effort you put in. The outcome you can’t really control, only the work you do.

But then there’s also a bad form of “patience”.

Most people never cultivate this form of patience that leads to success over time, and instead they patiently procrastinate.

Don’t be patient when it comes to taking massive action.

Too many times we say:

“I’ll do that tomorrow or next week”

“I’ll first wait for the perfect business plan”

“I first need to read business books and watch courses”

Fuck that shit.

Just jump into the deep end of the pool and start taking action. Be patient, but in the right way. Wait for the results like you have a whole lifetime, but take massive action like it’s your last day on earth.

Don’t mistake thinking about the best most effective way of doing something, with actually working to accomplish it. Most of the times if you get to work right away you finish the job faster. Plus you will learn a ton of lessons because you didn’t take the easiest way.

Don’t rest. Don’t sit there wondering what would be a good time to startFocus on your goals and just start.

Just do it. That’s what I’m all about.
