As soon as you fulfil a couple of orders on AliExpress one of your orders will be canceled and they will ask you to verify your credit card and prove your identity by appealing and uploading some documents.
Usually you’ll get an email from AliExpress when that happens.
The reason this happens is because AliExpress wants to prevent fraud. Since you’re placing multiple orders on AliExpress in a short amount of time, and adding different shipping addresses, this might raise red flags. And in order to prevent fraud, you’ll have to upload proof that you’re the owner of the credit card you’re using.
This can be a bit of a pain in the ass since you probably need to fulfill these orders and AliExpress is delaying the shipping process.
Usually getting your appeal approved takes 3-5 business days.
Personally, I had about 30 unfulfilled orders when AliExpress canceled my orders and asked me to verify my credit card.
I got really nervous because I had customers waiting.
So I uploaded all the required documents:
1) Picture of the front and back of your credit card
2) A bank statement of the credit card bank account
3) Picture of your passport or ID
Obviously I blurred out the CVC code on my credit card since I don’t want my information flying around the internet uncensored. And I recommend you do the same to protect your credit card information.
After uploading my documents, nothing happened for a while.
So I reached out to AliExpress support, which was a lot better than I initially expected, and asked them if they could speed up the process. They told me they’ve marked my appeal as urgent and will verify it as soon as possible. And a few days later everything worked again.
In total, it took me about one week to get verified. However, in most cases it should only take 2-5 days to get your appeal reviewed.
Don’t panic if your order gets canceled by AliExpress.
Just upload all the documents, send your customers and email that the shipment might arrive a few days delayed and then re-order the canceled orders so your customers’ packages are shipped out.
After I was verified, I could place as many orders with my credit card as I wanted without getting any orders canceled by AliExpress.

Exactly correct except that Aliexpress will want you to verify your details every three orders and will cancel the orders you did manage to process. You will then have to fight for a refund from Aliexpress that can take weeks. You will then order again only to have your credit card denied again and hae to appeal again. meanwhile all your customers disappear and your good name suffers. Avoid Aliexpress at all costs.

I had the same problem just like you and I got email approval but still showing item under refund processing and no refund yet on my bank account item almost 600$ at this point I don’t know what to do any advice

The fact that there are people successfully trading via Ali Express, means they must be doing or saying something different to get beyond the three orders limitation after the first appeal.
What about your credit card? I guess you have to contact them in some way, to say you will be handling more transactions than usual and from China.
Another thing…people will need to apply for secondary bank current accounts and PayPal Business, to avoid their main accounts being comromised by anything. Many people starting out will not have much money or sales, and therefore will not be suitable yet for a more expensive business type bamk account. However a lot of banks ask up front if you will be using a standard personal current account for business use? This sadly means taking a risk and having to be economical with the truth.

You are right i do not like the services of aliexpress it just wasting of time i have ordered one product and they asked for verification for document then i have attached my required document, and some days after i asked about my appeal and they said we will speed up your appeal and after some days he asked again upto three time for my document and i upload it, but still not any luck, and every time i chat there online agent but did not any luck and so my appeal is still under process, it has almost 15 days that do not solve my appeal,,,
Unfortunately Amazon and Ebay do not shipment to Pakistan so i will buy the product from them….
So i hat aliexpress and it is just waste of time…
so be aware to any dealing with Aliexpress just bullshit and waste of time,,

Sorry, but I don’t trust anyone who ask for that much documentation to be sent over the internet with a vague promise it will be protected. I am not about to risk my account information being spread around and finding myself robbed later and having a bigger fight later.

So I am sitting here anxiously as my orders are stacking up that I am not able to fill as AliExpress has canceled my orders for security reasons. I have been shopping with them (for drop shipping needs) for over a year and using the same credit card and all of sudden now with a dress that costs about $8 on their site I am not able to make purchases. I even tried a different card and it too was canceled for security reasons. My first identification verification was returned as failed because my AliExpress profile had my name as: First Name, Last Name and the drivers license I submitted shows my Last Name and then my first name. So I updated my AliExpress profile to reflect this as: Last Name, First Name, but now I am concerned it will just get kicked back for another stupid reason. Can someone please put my mind at ease as the Chat support offers no real help.
