Drop Shipping Product Cloning — How To Clone Pictures From AliExpress On Your Store | TBS #116

Podcast

When it comes to cloning products from AliExpress and putting them on your own store, there are two major methods I personally use.

Some pictures on AliExpress aren’t downloadable.

Here’s what you can do about it:

1) I screenshot the pictures on AliExpress on my Mac by using CMD + Shift + 4. This allows me to select any part of my screen and take a screenshot. It’s perfect to download pictures from AliExpress.

If you’re using a PC you can screenshot the whole screen. Or you can use the Snipping Tool that comes with Windows 10.

And then cut out the picture you want – Or maybe there’s also some hotkey combination that I’m not aware of since I’m using Mac.

That’s the easiest way I found so far.

2) Scroll down and look if there are pictures in the product description. Some suppliers on AliExpress will have additional pictures in the product description that are downloadable.

Just scroll down on the product page and see if that’s the case.

Then right click and save the pictures on your hard drive.

Once that’s done all you have to do is upload the pictures to your Shopify store, add a product title, description, the variants and price.

This is what I’m talking about when I talk about cloning products from AliExpress. It’s syncronizing Shopify and AliExpress and you can do it manually, you don’t need a tool, although there are tools like Oberlo and Shopify app. I do it manually, it works for me.

Just find a way to take the pictures and description and you’ll be fine.

It’s not rocket science.

And you should also come up with your own title and description because I’m sure you can do a better job than what they do on AliExpress.

Hope this helps 🙂
