Some customers might get pissed off when they see that their product comes from China, rather than their home country.

However, it doesn’t really matter in the bigger picture.

From hundreds of orders, I’ve only gotten a few complaints about the origin of the package. Most customers will be happy as long as they receive the package and get it in a reasonable amount of time.

This types of complaints come from picky customers which are the exception rather than the rule.

There are upsides and downsides to drop shipping: You don’t have to keep your own stock, but you also have less control over shipping.

The easiest way to make up for all downsides is with great customer support. Answer every email in time, be super kind, offer refunds if people aren’t happy. Send replacement items if an item is broken, answer all Facebook messages fast and be there for them.

Great customer service can neutralize almost all the downsides of running a drop shipping business, so don’t neglect this aspect.

Don’t held back when you piss off people. There will always be a few people that are pissed off and complaining. No matter what you do and how. That’s the reality.

So chill, lean back and watch the sales come in.

Don’t be a freaking pussy. Start running your store like a business. Don’t try to be the most liked person in the world.

Refunds, complaints, defective items, problems with shipping are all part of running a business and you have to face it all.

It happens every once in a while.

Just solve them as quickly as you can and continue to make your customers happy.
